Shipping & Delivery - US
Method & Delivery Timeframes
	The information in this section pertains to standard US shipping rates and delivery timeframes. UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage: orders generally arrive at locations in the continental US within 10 business days after the order has been placed. (2-4 days processing time plus 2-5 days for shipping). Delivery times may be slightly longer to Hawaii and Alaska and US territories. USPS Media Mail is offered for orders up to $200 in 48 states. Please note that USPS Media Mail orders generally arrive within 14 business days (in 48 states), and often much sooner, but the postal service does not guarantee delivery timeframes. For Alaska, Hawaii or US territories, USPS Media Mail is offered for orders up to $100, and are likely to take 3 weeks or more. IMPORTANT: If you need guaranteed timeframes, please select UPS Ground. For delivery to schools and libraries, we recommend UPS Ground. Additional delivery information: Large Orders: Please note that very large orders can take up to a week to process prior to shipping. If you are placing an order of 50 products or more that needs to be processed quickly, please Contact Us. Backorders: If an item in your order needs to be backordered and will take longer to arrive, you will be notified via email when the first shipment is sent. To read more about backorders, please see the "Backorders & out of stock items" items section on our Help/FAQ page. Posters: Orders containing posters may be sent via US Mail given the high cost of UPS to some areas and the incremental costs of shipping posters. This will be determined at time of shipment; Language Lizard reserves the right to send such orders via US Mail rather than increase shipping costs to the customer. Tracking your package: Your tracking information will be posted to your account within 1 business day after your order has shipped. You can access the status of your order and the tracking number by clicking on Login/Account at the top right hand side of our site. If you do not see a tracking number, please send us a note via the Contact Us form on our website. Please note that a $25 fee will be applied if a shipment is refused.
Processing & Shipping Fees
	Shipping and handling for online orders is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be presented with the shipping method and price. Shipping & Processing Fees for the 48 states only are as follows: US Domestic Shipping & Handling Rates (48 States): USPS Media Mail* Under $100 = $7.99 $100 - $200 = $10.97 USPS Ground Advantage Under $100 = $11.95 $100 - $200 = $13.95 UPS Ground Under $200 = $17.95 $200-$1000 = 10% or less Over $1000 = 5% or less *We do not recommend USPS Media Mail option if you require guaranteed timely delivery. Please see "Shipping Method and Delivery Timeframes" section above. Shipping and handling costs for online orders over $200 will be calculated when placing order. For mail/fax orders to US 48 states, please apply 10% for orders of $200-1000. Please apply 5% for orders over $1000. The above fees cover shipping and warehouse processing and packaging fees. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, rates will be calculated when placing the order online. Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii may be very high via UPS to some areas. Language Lizard reserves the right to send Alaska/Hawaii orders via US Mail rather than increase shipping costs to the customer.
Tracking & Viewing your orders
	You can view your orders and order status by clicking on Login/Account at the top right hand side of our site. UPS tracking numbers will be posted within 1-2 business days after the order has shipped. You can view any items on backorder in the "Order Status" section of your order.
