Online Orders
  We recommend ordering online with payment by credit card for speedier processing.
  • Step 1: Add items to your cart
  • Step 2: Click the “View Cart” link at the top right side of our site
  • Step 3: Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until after your order ships.
Note: This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.
Purchase Orders - Libraries & Schools
  We accept official school & library purchase orders. Purchase orders must be paid in US funds.

At this time, all purchase orders must be sent to a US address. Canada schools/libraries that wish to order via Purchase Order, please contact us for approval and payment information. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID CONTACT NUMBER AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS ON ALL PURCHASE ORDERS SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU REGARDING ANY QUESTIONS ON YOUR ORDER AND UPDATE YOU ON STATUS.

Please note that all purchase orders should include the LANGUAGE EDITION requested for each title since every title is published in multiple languages. You may provide this information in any format, including simply attaching a list of all titles and languages to the official Purchase Order. If you prefer, you may print out and include with your PO a copy of the items in your Language Lizard shopping cart since all titles and language editions are clearly noted in the shopping cart. All Purchase Orders should also include shipping & handling fees.

For shipping rates, please see the "Shipping and Delivery" section of the Customer Service tab on our website. It is the responsibility of the individual placing the purchase order to ensure that their school will provide payment to Language Lizard for all materials provided. Purchase orders should be paid within 30 days of invoice date.

Language Lizard is a BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative Vendor for Instructional Materials, and a part of the Educational Purchasing Cooperative of North Texas (EPCNT) and the Central Texas Purchasing Alliance (CTPA).
Email / Mail Orders
  To order by email, please fill out our downloadable Order Form or use your own purchase requisition form and email us. To send an order by mail, please send the order to the address listed at the top of the order form. Please be sure to INCLUDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER so we can update you on any order status issues.

We can accept check or money orders by mail in $US funds only. All US checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Mail orders are typically shipped later than online orders to allow for additional processing time and check clearance. Please allow an additional 7-14 days for personal check orders.
Fax Orders
  To order by fax, please fill out our downloadable Order Form or send your own purchase requisition to fax number 908-762-4786.

For faxed purchase orders, PLEASE INCLUDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER so we can update you on any order status issues.
Phone Orders

Personal Shopper Service
  The Language Lizard Personal Shopper makes ordering simple for educators, librarians or others who are interested in multiple titles and/or languages and don't have the time or desire to look through our site to select specific titles. You indicate your language needs, your desired order size or budget, and the types of books that you would like. A Personal Shopper will look at our stock and place a "pre-order" that you can review, change, and finally approve or submit to your purchasing department to include as an attachment to an official school/library purchase order. W9 & Vendor Forms
  We are happy to provide any forms required to be included as a vendor for your school or library. Please email us with any vendor form requests.
Gift Orders
  Please note that we are not currently able to include gift messages in your shipment. However, all packages include a packing slip with the name of the ship-to and the bill-to person, so your gift recipient will be able to see who sent their package. Also, no cost/invoice information is included in any US shipments*.

(*Canada/International orders may include a cost figure for customs purposes.)
How do I apply a Gift Certificate?
  Please note that coupon codes are different than gift certificates. If you have received a gift certificate, please apply it to your order as follows. Create an account via the "Register" button at the bottom-left of our site (or click here). Once you are registered, click on the Login/Account button on the top-right of the site. There you will see an option to "Apply a gift certificate to your account". Once added, the gift certificate will be applied to your order. Please apply gift certificates to your account before placing your order.

NOTE: Gift certificates cannot be applied to orders being shipped outside of the US & Canada which need to be processed via the International Checkout button on our site.
How do I use a Coupon or Discount Code?
  After adding items to your cart, click on CART (top-right of this site) to view your cart. Immediately under your list of items, you will see a box to enter your coupon code.
