Unfortunately we are not currently offering the Recorder Pen and Pen-related downloads, and we are not able to provide a concrete date as to when it will be available to our US / Canada customers.

Should you purchase this product online through a foreign company, please note that Language Lizard will not be able to provide any technical support for the product at this time.

In addition, please note that the versions of the books sold in the US/Canada are not always the same as those in other countries. As such, we cannot guarantee that books purchased in North America are Recorder Pen enabled, even if they are listed as such on foreign sites. Also, some older titles are Talking Pen or Crayon Pen enabled, and these titles/downloads are not compatible with the Recorder Pen.

Please note that once we offer the Recorder Pen on the Language Lizard website, we will provide comprehensive FAQs, an online user guide and a clear listing of books/downloads that are compatible with the Pen (for US/Canada market).
